Hoops training sessions focus on developing two main areas; the first area of focus will improve the athlete’s overall fitness level including speed and stamina. The second area of focus will be directed towards learning the fundamental skills of basketball, game rules and working together as a team.

JUNIOR BALLERSGrade 3 - Grade 5
Players will continue to develop their Basketball fundamental skills by learning more about the game rules and concepts.
